Samosas are a typical empanada from India but also from other nearby countries such as Pakistan or Tibet. It is a dish that is also common to find in Indian or kebab restaurants in Europe. Inside the samosa there is a potato filling accompanied by vegetables. The texture of the outer dough is very crunchy and is served fried. Like many dishes in the country, it is a vegetarian snack.
