Lassi is a yogurt-based drink, traditional from northern India, which is usually drunk very cold. We can make it with different ingredients, but mango lassi is the best known of all of them. It has a very digestive power thanks to the probiotic benefits that yogurt and the fiber from fruit provide us. It will also keep us hydrated, especially on the hottest days.

Ingredients: a Greek yogurt, a ripe magician, half a glass of milk, lemon juice, sugar to taste and ground cardamom.
Preparation: We beat all the ingredients together until it has a creamy smoothie texture. It is served cold and we can decorate it with a little more cardamom if we wish.
