Pappadums are thin lentil chips and are probably the most commonly consumed Indian foods around the world. Rani Papad are made to a traditional Indian recipe and dried in the sun to preserve the flavors. They are ideal when served with Rani Brand Chutney and Pickles, either as a starter, appetizer or accompaniment to a main meal.
Since Papad are essentially lentil flour, they are naturally high in protein. The good news? If you grill or microwave them there is no added fat either!
